thanks for these clips. phil and i had become enemies of a kind a year or so ago when i tried to be a little too cute on the team pyro website (yeah, i know, hard for you to believe … go figure) and he banned me forever from the comments board. actually, you can probably see some of my old comments on posts over there - i think they’re now filed under the heading, “comment deleted.” anyway, i tried to reconcile, but he would have nothing to do with it. i guess i had lost count and actually hit seventy times seven. it’s his site; he can make the rules. so be it.
but these clips gave me a little more insight into the human phil, the phil that doesn’t always come across over at pyromaniacs. so thanks for that little view of the man behind the (glass house) curtain. i sense that he does have a heart to go with his brains.

You know mike, I thought the same of Phil, and dan, and I still feel the same about Frank, (I think he thinks to much about what he thinks he thinks about eventhough he is a thinking man). I irritate him the most and have run afoul of each at one time or another. Sorry to hear you’re banned. Frank bans me periodically, but that is because he has a narrow sense of humor and yours must fit his or else. I have found that becoming familiar with the Triad’s personal works has given me a better perspective.
Anyway you’re welcome. I plan on posting some more Phil, and dan too if I can find something on line. Frank is another story. He is too computer savvy and I am afraid he might jihad my computer
Fill us, O Lord and Father of us all, we beseech Thee, with thy gentle Spirit, and dispel on both sides all the clouds of misunderstanding and passion. Make an end to the strife of blind fury. Arise, O Christ, Thou Sun of righteousness, and shine upon us. Alas! while we contend, we only too often forget to strive after holiness which Thou requirest from us all. Guard us against abusing our powers, and enable us to employ them with all earnest for the promotion of holiness. Luther

Strong Tower,
Speaking of a “Great” exchange, please take a long at this exchange between I-Monk and Centuri0n at the I-Monk blogpost on “Post Stupid”.
